Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, if the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it — please contact us immediately.
Post-Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel it. You may initiate a return after delivery under our Refund Policy. Subscription plans may be cancelled before the next billing cycle via your account settings.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and wallet refunds typically clear faster than card refunds.
